/ How It Works

A session built around your specific setup

Before we start, you tell us what you have and what isn't working. By the time the session begins, we're already oriented to your devices, your network, and your questions.

Three simple steps

What happens, start to finish

• Step one
• Step two
• Step three

Tell us what you have

We walk through it together

You leave with answers, not tasks

The session is one-on-one and unhurried. We look at your actual app, your actual settings, and work through each question in plain language — stopping to explain anything that needs it.

When you book, you describe your cameras, your router setup, and the specific issue you're running into. No intake form jargon — plain sentences work fine.

By the end, you know what changed, why it changed, and what to do if the same question comes up again. No follow-up homework, no pending tickets.

— Your accounts, your control

We guide. You do.

You keep your passwords, your credentials, and your device access throughout the session. We never ask for remote login or account control. Every change is one you make yourself.

We're also independent — not affiliated with Ring, Arlo, Nest, or any manufacturer. That means the guidance you get is based on what works for your setup, not on any brand's agenda.

Ready to sort out your cameras?

Sessions are by appointment. Tell us what you're working with and we'll go from there.
